The service experience at Starbucks on the B1 level of SHINSEGAE was very poor. When reminding me that dine-in was not allowed, a female staff member only coldly said “change,” which came across as very rude and made me feel dismissed and disrespected. What makes this even more unreasonable is that the disposable cup was provided by your staff after I said I would be dining in. Even worse was the obvious selective enforcement: a couple sitting nearby was also using disposable cups and dining in, yet they were not reminded at all. If rules are to be enforced, they should be applied equally to everyone. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
