I asked for a double shot dry cappuccino. The barista did not make it dry so I asked to remake it. She got an attitude i.e. throwing and slamming the container of milk and items to remake my cappuccino. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she is the manager. Wow. I asked her to remake it again bc she did it wrong and again she had an attitude. We've traveled the world and yup it was wrong. Anyway yes third times a charm but I won't be back. Totally unprofessional. Customers know what and how they want things. Make it happen! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Starbucks at Osan AFB is an okay option if you need a quick coffee or a familiar stop, but it’s fairly average overall. The drinks are consistent with standard Starbucks quality, though nothing stands out compared to other locations. Service can be a bit slow during busy periods, and seating is limited, which makes it less comfortable for lingering. It works fine for a quick caffeine fix, but not much more than that. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
