We visited Starbuck at Kwaloon station and it is quite big space for seating area. Fast serving. Not sure why limited electric socket available to charge phone.

Staff just don’t feel like working. Tables full of napkins and empty cups, trash on the floor. Unfriendly. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I wanted an earl grey latte no sugar, they didn’t have the exact thing but the male rep gave me a solution was earl grey add some milk no sugar. Helpful, nice to meet someone that uses their brain to solve customer problem. Another Starbucks I went to didn’t give this option they just said no we don’t have. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
