I've been to many Starbucks around the world, I've never encountered such disrespect and insult… There's an employee who closes the store an hour early. She wouldn't give us a chair to sit in after we bought 3 cups of coffee. She yells non-stop. I asked for a chair and she tells me "Take your money back and get out of here, I'm not getting you a chair." Truly the worst service I've ever received at a Starbucks. She wouldn't explain to me about a cookie, and just yelled and screamed non-stop. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in

I had a very disappointing experience at Starbucks in Koh Samui. The first time I went, the male staff member taking orders was extremely aggressive and unpleasant. Unfortunately, my second experience was even worse. A blonde woman named Mickey was incredibly rude to me. I ordered an iced matcha latte and, while placing my order, I asked if I could add one pump of vanilla syrup. She told me that I “talk too much” and that I needed to listen to the entire order before speaking because “that’s not how it works.” She even made a gesture with her hands telling me to basically close my mouth. What I found especially shocking is that I had literally just started placing my order. I was simply asking a question about an addition to my drink. There was absolutely no reason to speak to a customer in that way. I found the whole interaction extremely disrespectful and uncomfortable. I genuinely don’t understand how a customer can be spoken to like that by Starbucks staff. In the end, I decided to leave without ordering anything. As I was leaving, she simply said, “OK, bye-bye.” So, just so you know, if you visit this Starbucks in Koh Samui, be aware that you may unfortunately be treated this way. I hope management takes this kind of behavior seriously, because customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. Service: 1
