Prime selection platter, oysters, bone marrow, broccoli, Truffle Mac and Cheese were good. Staff were really hospitable, celebrated a birthday which they generously provided extra sparklers. Thanks for making our dinner a special one. Price per person: SGD 50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Oh the smell of flamed meat. The smell of fatty soft medium cooked eat and getting flamed smells soooo good. But due to religion, my wife at the beef. We all enjoyed the Burrata which less goaty and enjoyed real nice with the accompanying pesto. We saw big big oysters bigger than my palm at the next table. Beside being pleasantly surprised by the Burrata cheese, foie gras was nubbad. Brownie with ice cream was the best humanly touch for the soul. Price per person: SGD 30–40

The hanger steak is the standout: grain-fed Australian beef with that deep, mineral beefiness you only get from a working cut, cooked to a proper medium rare. The crispy broccoli is the sleeper hit of the sides — enough char and seasoning to actually hold its own against the meat. What sets it apart is the staff. They know their cuts, they’re genuinely passionate about it, and that enthusiasm translates directly into what lands on your plate.
