Really good hotel buffet, especially if you can grab the 1+1 voucher promo, makes it super worth it. The sashimi was fresh and there’s a ton of stuff to choose from, both savory and sweet. Congee, pizza, sushi, noodles, salads, spicy salads, grilled seafood and more, so there’s plenty to eat. Staff were really nice and kept topping up the water whenever it ran out. No time limit too, which is a nice bonus. Only thing is it’s only open for dinner, so I couldn’t go as hard as I normally would at lunch. There’s parking at the hotel and it’s close to the MRT too. If you like hotel buffets with lots of different food, definitely worth trying. Stayed at Ibis styles hotel and saw that they had a promotional price for their river prawn buffet. It was value for money at 545 thai baht per pax for hotel guests. Really worth it if you just eat the river prawns and the sashimi. The prawns were really fresh. The other items were not bad, and it also included the boiled rice buffet. As a hotel guest at ibis Styles Bangkok Ratchada, Streats Cafe is where I’ve been having my daily breakfast — and I must say, it has been a pleasant surprise. The buffet spread is decently wide, offering a good mix of local Thai dishes, international staples like eggs and sausages, and lighter fare such as cereals, fruits, and salads. For a mid-range hotel, the variety and quality exceeded expectations. Hot dishes are consistently replenished, and there’s even a noodle station for a comforting bowl of something warm in the morning. Coffee and juices are self-serve, and while nothing fancy, they do the job well to kickstart the day. It’s casual, clean, and efficient — just what I needed before heading out to explore Bangkok. Definitely one of the more satisfying hotel breakfasts I’ve had at this price point. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
