Nice cocktails, good music and a nice quiet vibe to watch a busy street. It's a shame the bartender was such a miserable, inhospitable man (surely not the same person the reviews rave about? I'm an easygoing, friendly person who tries to learn the language and adopt the customs in new places but this guy didn't acknowledge anything I said with much more than a grunt. Unusual in an area with so many wonderful Thai people). I’d read good things but as soon as I ordered a drink I was happy to finish and leave, unfortunately.
