One of the staffs were incredibly rude and rolled her eyes at me. She also kept sighing while taking my order. Please train your staffs well. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The dine-in area is really disgusting. From moldy cushions to the broken seat support which makes seating down comfortably impossible. I would advice against having your meal there. Just takeaway and eat on one of the study tables at OTH. I hope the store can replace the furnitures. Get solid wood seating without the cushions. Easy to clean, more hygienic, will last forever, and won't have any of the issues I stated.

Was here at around 5.30pm on 14/9. I noted that the meat container for chix teriyaki was almost empty. Thinking that it will be topped up, i proceeded to order it. The staff (an indian young man) took the last few bits of meat and put it on my sandwich. I sighted that the serving scoop should have a bit more meat on it, and asked if the meat will be topped up. He said no as he already filled the scoop and it was sufficient, this left me being unsatisfied as i felt shortchanged. To be fair, the staff should have topped up the meat container when there are only a few bits of meat left. Scooping the last few pieces of meat for a customer’s sandwich is very unfair for a paying customer, and there was no way for us customers to dispute this as the staff has full control of serving us our sandwich. To add on, there was a young boy who ordered the same chicken teriyaki behind us down the queue line. We saw that the same staff had minimally topped up the meat container as it was empty by then. However, we saw he was carefully adjusting the portion on the serving scoop and tried to flatten the meat pieces to fill up the space on the scoop, even brushing off 2-3 meat pieces. This was unacceptable to us, noting that the prices for Subway are relatively not cheap. If Subway is going to be very calculative about their meat portion size, customers will feel shortchanged and eventually avoid buying altogether.
