I didn’t buy food today but I wanted to give a big thumbs up to the staff on duty today Sunday 14 June around 12pm. There was a customer who was coughing and sneezing in the queue, he didn’t have a tissue and was touching the counter, the metal shelves, with his (unwiped) bare hands. He was coughing without covering his mouth and customers all kept their distance from him. He then took a bottle of sprite from the fridge with his hands and subsequently put it back. He left without ordering anything. The staff promptly went to remove the bottled drink that he took out (and put back earlier), and used a cloth to wipe down all the surface areas that customer touched earlier in order to avoid contamination. I was sitting nearby and witnessed everything, kudos to the staff for keeping the outlet clean for everyone. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Fast service, friendly staff!! I ordered a tuna footlong, one half had sweet onion and honey mustard sauce while other half had sweet onion and BBQ sauce. Staff kindly helped me label the 2 halves which made it easy for me to differentiate!! Great experience overall Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 1–10

Subway Tampines hub:Buy the honey oat bread w roasted chicken today...I chose all the veg... Green chili was added...so spicy...had a hard time finishing my meal...y is even green chilli is considered a veg??? The veg so cold when I eat my subway...the bun is a bit burned...flies flying about...have to keep chasing it away from my food...I have to tell the staff I want as a meal...when my turn to pay...she just standing there...don't even bother asking me if I want it as ala carte...or meal...the cookie has a hole in it... paying for the cookie n this is what I get??? Cucumber,tomato give many but olive b corn v little given...not happy about it...as I love corn n olives... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
