The Malay(sandwich maker) & Indian guy(cashier) are very slow,even no ppl I was queue there for 15-20mins at Bedok Mall outlet!! Pls do something about it Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

okay i don’t usually complain but today, there were these two workers male and female. the female served me and first impression, she was not friendly and it felt like she was forced to work that day with how unhappy and unpresentable she was. the tone was not very nice. following that, i asked for a cookie meal and she responded “just let the cashier know” in a stern voice. i’m not sure if the two workers were having an argument but there was tension. when making purchase, i stated to the cashier which is the male worker that i wanted a cookie meal. he asks me what cookie and i just said the normal choc chip. i was paid $16.50 in total which is supposed to be $17.70? since i bought italian bmt adding on the cookie meal. i was about to pay in cash but somehow he said no? he didn’t give me a reason why. moreover, i was expecting the drink which is included in the cookie meal right? so i said “how about the drink?”, he says that its not included?? i said, “isn’t it the cookie meal? nvm i’ll just top up” . a 16oz drink is a top up of $2.70 when it was $3 for a cookie meal that includes a drink. i’m not sure what he charged me for but in the end, i had to pay $19.20. i’m honestly so upset with the customer service and please let someone thats is capable to handle the cashier and understand the prices.. Worst service ever from subway. The Malay female employee have got the worst attitude. She is rude and impatient. Keep venting her anger at everything that in her hands , showing frustration with all the sandwiches she’s making. Very bad service.
