Went to Subway Vista Point during their 6–8pm promotion and it was a total mess. If you're running a promo during peak dinner hours and already have a snake-long queue of walk-in customers, shouldn't you at least pause or limit delivery orders to manage the crowd better? Waited a good 15+ minutes in line, only for a staff member to come out with a ridiculously long list of delivery orders and inform everyone that the wait would be another 30 minutes. Seriously? On top of that, the staff clearly struggled with communication and looked completely overwhelmed. No proper system, no updates, just poor planning all around. Disappointed and not likely to return unless things improve. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
