I’ve been eating at this Subway since it opened because it’s near my house, but honestly, I’ve been getting increasingly disappointed with the service. The staff don’t seem properly trained to take orders, and sometimes they come across as quite unprofessional. Recently, the staff at the counter didn’t even seem to remember my order and made me wait for more than five minutes while she looked unsure of what was going on. She then just asked me to swipe and pay, but I hesitated and asked for the receipt first. Only after checking the receipt did everything make sense. On top of that, the portions have been quite disappointing most of the time. I’m paying over $8+ for a meal, but the fillings given are so little. Even when I specifically ask for extra vegetables, they only add a tiny bit more, like just one extra portion of a vegetable. The sauces are also very minimal—sometimes it feels like they only pump it once and that’s it. Honestly, I’m really disappointed with how much things have changed. I’ve been supporting this outlet since it opened, so it’s frustrating to see the service and portions become like this. Haiz, subway management please do something Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food is really fresh and I love it the food is delicious. The service is really good they are so sweet and kind and patient with us. I think atmosphere wise is good very quiet and peaceful but air con could be better Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

the staff, lily, was extremely disrespectful, she was impatient, slammed the condiments onto the bread and gave a really rude glare. maybe improve your service and staff if you want more customers cause when we went there, there were 0 customers present whatsoever. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
