There is this chinese staff member at this Subway branch who was extremely unfriendly and rude throughout my visit. As I do not usually eat at Subway, I was unfamiliar with some of the menu options and needed a little time to look through the menu before ordering. However, the employee at the front counter stared at me impatiently the entire time, making me feel rushed and uncomfortable. When I asked a few questions about the food choices, he responded in a very rude and impatient manner, as if I was asking something foolish. During the ordering process, he barely spoke, continued frowning at me while I was deciding, and showed obvious irritation whenever I asked for clarification. What made the experience even more disappointing is that this Subway branch is located inside a private hospital. Patients and visitors who are already under stress should not have to deal with such poor customer service. I was simply trying to get lunch while accompanying my father at the hospital, but this employee’s attitude completely ruined the experience and left me feeling very annoyed. I rarely leave negative reviews for restaurants, but this experience was unacceptable. It gave me a very poor impression of both Subway and the hospital environment, and I do not think I would want to revisit this particular branch again. worst subway experience and outlet i've ever been to. i've been eating at subway for the past decade or so and their quality/customer service has genuinely and objectively degraded. first and foremost, i asked if the $6 fiery chicken 6-inch sub was valid and the staff (Seva) said yes. the first issue i encountered was being told that i was not allowed to choose my own vegetables and sauces because i had to follow the "recommended" choice on the poster. if something is recommended, it implies that its just what they think is a good choice, no? NOT something we HAVE to adhere to -- i couldn't even choose my own sauces and bread Back to the $6 sub (second issue). upon paying, she charged my sub for the a la carte price for $9+ instead of the $6, arguing with me and saying that it was always $9 and pointed at the poster DESPITE me clarifying with her BEFORE ordering that it was $6 lastly, did not even receive a receipt. terrible service and terrible experience DO NOT dine here unless there's genuinely no other alternative/unless u want to overpay and let people choose your veggies for you Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
