Hi, I dined in for lunch here a few days back. I had the tuna sandwich meal. It was good, thanks to this young chinese girl who made it. Couldn’t recall her name, but would also like the management to take note about this specific malay young guy who wore glasses whom took over cashiering, he seemed to be in a bad mood that day, and rudely ask his colleague what order. I feel that that is not the way to talk to your colleague. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Came at around 3.30pm-4pm The food was fine, but the customer service and staff dynamic were terrible. A staff member named Jolie/Zoey was incredibly rude to her colleague, Zikri, right in front of a line of customers. Zikri had just come out of the kitchen and seemed ready to handle a new order, but she completely hijacked his station, leaving him looking suddenly lost. She then scolded him over a wrap in the microwave, snapping, 'You didn't check, is it?' When he asked her not to keep jumping between stations, she started mocking him. Despite her attitude, Zikri handled the situation with a lot of patience and simply moved on to his next task like a true professional. It’s incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness as a paying customer. I hope management speaks to her about workplace respect, and recognizes Zikri for keeping his cool Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

8 january 2026, my boyfriend went to buy subway for me in the evening. The food was nice but apparently my boyfriend said he was talked to very rudely. I have looked through the outlet reviews. This is not the first time. Why are the workers not talked to regarding their attitude, until it has to reach Google reviews? Dont establishments care the most about these reviews that pull their ratings down? Seems like they cant be bothered to acknowledge and make changes for the better. Anyway, the auntie was an old chinese auntie who gestured to my boyfriend and spoke in hokkien “ Dont have right? “ when he asked about the bread availability. Basically she was just entirely rude. I am chinese and i speak hokkien so there is no racial biasness here. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
