I always brought egg & cheese flatbread here and they always make a new egg on every order however today the egg already been pre made and it was fresh like always. It wasn’t even busy and I feel like I have waste my money for this. Can we normalise it to have a freshly made egg for breakfast? Instead of pre made it? This is so disappointing to be honest. Visited this outlet on 11 March around 7:20pm. A simple request to swap green peppers for lettuce in a Smokey Brisket sandwich was refused and I was told it would require an additional charge. More concerning was the staff’s handling of the situation. She declined to provide her name when requested and made the interaction unnecessarily difficult. The sandwich artist was initially prepared to accommodate the request but was stopped. I submitted a formal complaint (Ref: MSG51313753) and followed up, but have not received any response to date. I also noticed several recent reviews describing similar service issues at this outlet, which suggests this may not be an isolated incident. Disappointing experience, particularly given the lack of follow-up. (Update 27 April 2026): Received an initial reply but no further response after follow-up. Issue remains unresolved. (Update 3 May 2026): Following my earlier review, I was contacted by Subway Singapore HQ, who took the matter seriously and handled it professionally. They acknowledged that the situation should have been managed with more flexibility and that the handling at the outlet level was not appropriate. I appreciate the time taken to understand the issue and the steps taken to address it, including follow-up and coaching at the outlet. Dead atmosphere, horrible staff. The dude was very nice but the Malay and Chinese Aunty really out here side eyeing and acting funny with customers. Can’t even be bothered to change gloves and stuff for people. Handling meat products with veggie meals. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
