Clearly, I’m just the latest contestant in this outlet's ongoing customer service nightmare. Walked in around 8:40 PM to an empty counter. After waiting quietly, I made the grave mistake of ringing the bell. Out emerges the infamous male Filipino staff member—no hat, no mask, and a look that suggested my attempt to order food was a personal insult. He treated me to an impatient tone, heavy attitude, and a brief rant in Filipino. With the sheer volume of complaints about this exact same individual on Google, his immunity to being fired is genuinely impressive. Subway management, if you care even slightly about basic hygiene standards or basic decency, please remove him from this branch. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Can’t believe it’s been almost 1.5 years since I stepped into this Subway outlet again. My friend left a one star review then, and now it’s still the same guy… Decided to try the new breakfast wrap on a Saturday morning (8:30am), and was checking with the staff what’s the pricing, and he was just confused. I ended up getting the Omelette & Cheese. I didn’t expect that we can only choose 2 veges. That’s fine. But he can’t even give a little bit more of the lettuce. $3.90 looks so sad for this… During payment, he just said takeaway. Okay, I left the shop with my food. But I couldn’t find a better seat outside so I thought to go back to the shop to eat my food. Guess what I saw? The guy was smoking outside. Wait… Is that why he wanted me to takeaway so he can “rest”?… Anyway, as I was sitting in the shop eating my food, another lady was placing a similar order and got shocked by the price as the guy wasn’t clear. I feel bad for her. Oh wells. I do hope this outlet remains open since I really like Subway. But I’m so curious why is this guy still giving the same service after so many years of one star reviews most probably to him too. Doesn’t the management care? 3 Oct 2026.
