Subway at HF has unfortunately given me a very poor impression of the brand. I was overcharged for my order and noticed that the Subway Value Meal had not been applied. When I approached another staff member to verify, I was repeatedly told that I was wrong and was pressured to accept the charge despite explaining the issue. Shortly afterwards, I overheard the staff member informing his colleague that a mistake had been made. This was frustrating because my concern had already been dismissed. What disappointed me even more was the lack of follow up from Subway’s customer service. I contacted their Instagram account and even provided the receipt showing the overcharge, yet my concerns were not properly addressed. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how they are handled. Being overcharged, having my concern dismissed, and receiving poor customer service afterwards has left me extremely disappointed. You guys seriously need to train your staff name *Aitu* on proper attitude and manners. Customers deserve to be treated with respect at all times. Without customers supporting the business, there would be no business . Please ensure your team maintains professionalism and basic respect when serving customers.
