Came to the shop on the 5th November 2025 at about 1030am. Was told off rudely by the lady working that the store is closed due to electricity cut-off. I went elsewhere to get food and 10 minutes later when I passed by the subway store again, with the lights still switched off due to electricity cut-off (apparently) the lady was serving another customer and surprisingly managed to prepare their food. Outrageous. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Staff did not cut the sandwich but instead used her hands to tear it apart. An elderly chinese lady working on 31 Aug, Sunday at 1300hr. My takeaway order looks like it was mangled. Please train your staff. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
