Sung Chu Yuan restaurant sells authentic local Taiwanese food that is delicious and yet does not break your bank. Their free-range chicken dishes were extremely fresh, tendered and flavourful but what caught my stomach was the chunky braised pork - fatty, succulent and most importantly not cloying. Every dish that we ordered was a hit and their service was fast and impeccable. Do expect to wait for at least an hour during peak hours if you do not have a reservation.
