流石のミシュラン一つ星。全ての料理が美味しい。 スペアリブの唐揚げが名物との事ですが牡蠣のオムレツが兎に角最高。 仏様もぶっ飛ぶ佛跳牆と言うスープは色んな具材の出汁がでて日本ではなかなかない深い味わいでした。 あと量が多いです. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner

Golden Formosa Taiwanese Cuisine is a Michelin 1-star restaurant in Taipei. Reservation is not easy at all, especially for weekends. Contact person must have a Taiwan phone number. For private rooms, the minimum charge is NT 15,000, and guests must prepay NT 5,000 as deposit. The 2-storey restaurant is bright, spacious and comfortable. Servers are polite and accommodating. The Taiwanese cuisine is authentic and of great quality. Highly recommend the succulent Fresh Oysters in Special Sauce (NT 650/Large), the flavorful Crispy Fried Spareribs (NT 300), the tasty Japanese Snow Crab with Scrambled Egg Sauce Taiwanese Style (NT 3,080/Large), and the exquisite Creamy Sea Urchin and Sea Cucumber Noodles with Japanese Snow Crab (Pre-order; NT 4,480/Small)!
