カード支払いか現金支払いでレジが別れていて、現金支払いの方が早かったので現金支払いの列に並びました。 24ドルの支払いに25ドル渡すと「お釣りがないのでカードの列に並びなおして」と言われました。 お釣りもないのにオーダーとるなよ。 現金なら当然ピッタリの金額を払う人ばかりではないことくらい容易に想像できるだろうに。 もう少し頭の良いスタッフを配置してほしい。. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30

今日はシンガポールでの初めての日、ユニバーサル・スタジオに行きました。ミニオンレストランで食事をすることに決めて本当に良かったです！スタッフの CHARMAINE さんのおかげです。私は英語があまり得意ではないのですが、日本語で話しかけたら理解してくれて、会話もできました。彼女のおかげで初めての旅行が思い出深いものになりました。間違いなく昇給に値します！！！. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had such a wonderful experience at Super Hungry Food Stand in Universal Studios Singapore! The team here goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and cared for. when i came in the afternoon and the queue was long the staff recommended us to come later in the evening when it is less crowded! we came in the evening and there was so many seats!! A big shoutout to Rifdi, Aop, Ei, and Cindy for their friendliness, efficiency, and warm service truly made my visit special. They were attentive, quick with orders, and always had a smile on their faces, even during busy times. Their positive energy really added to the fun atmosphere of the park and made the dining experience enjoyable. It’s not easy working in such a fast-paced environment, but this team handled everything with professionalism and genuine hospitality. Thank you so much for making my day extra memorable. I’ll definitely be back again! Highly recommend stopping by Super Hungry Food Stand not just for the food, but for the amazing service from this incredible team!
