I’d like to specifically commend Yanti for her outstanding service. Today, I was told my takeaway order would take 40 minutes by a male staff, but Yanti stepped in, reassured me politely, and expedited it to about 10–15 minutes. I was given the wrong order by the same staff member. Yanti immediately intervened, apologised, personally ensured my order was redone, and had it ready within 5–10 minutes. She has served me multiple times and is always warm, attentive, and ensures customers leave satisfied. She even went the extra mile to help me surprise my wife with foie gras sushi during Christmas. Her attitude, professionalism, and service recovery are exceptional. She truly represents the brand well and deserves recognition. Highly recommended thanks to her. Sushi was fresh, delicious, I would just appreciate more types of different rolls. More drinks to offer can be also one option how to improve. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
