Forever understaffed. Ordered some stuff and waited so long to which I decide to ask if they will be serving straight to my table like what they did to the table IN FRONT of us??? The server just replied me in a damn condescending tone that I can just take it off the belt. You could've informed me when I ordered that the chef will place it on the belt so I can self service. So I waited for nothing just to get a condescending reply?? Not to mention I already did them a favour by walking yo the hot flask myself to top up may tea because their hot water system was down. What kind of service am I even paying for Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a wonderful dining experience at Sushi Express Funan yesterday. Yanti was incredibly warm and friendly, and her cheerful personality truly brightened my day. Her positive energy made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Despite being busy, she remained professional, attentive, and handled everything efficiently and with a smile. The service she provided was excellent and made me feel very welcomed. Thank you, Yanti, for making my visit such a pleasant one. I will definitely be back, and I’m very glad to have met you. Staff like Yanti are one of the reasons customers keep coming back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time here and walked in and wanted to sit at the back but there was an older chinese lady said don’t sit behind and asked me to sit in front instead. After I sat down she told her other colleague in Chinese saying why need to sit behind which was so unnecessary to say it for me to hear or for other customers to hear too. I thought maybe it was reserved for someone else. After 5 mins a man walked in and went to sit behind and nobody stopped him. Then a staff came and serve him. She was so polite and I noticed she greet everyone who walked in. When she came to my seat she nicely asked me if I like anything special I can call her directly. I ordered a miso clam soup and a drink. She was so friendly and helpful. After I made my payment. I get to know she is an Indonesian by the name Yanti. If it’s not for Yanti I would have walked out of the restaurant. Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
