こんばんは！お久しぶりです！ 本日はアーリーにオープンした「sushi koge 寿司小路」へ行ってきました 日本で寿司職人として修行をし、バンコクの有名な寿司屋で経験を積んだタイ人シェフです。 少し日本語が話せるようで、気さくに日本語で説明をしてくれました 魚は全て日本からの最高級品を仕入れているそうです美味しかった〜！ ランチは1900Bでおまかせ13コースがあり、この値段で最高級のウニ寿司も入っていますます 近くにスシローがあるから、そっちに行ってしまう人も多いと思いますが、美味しい寿司が食べたかったら「sushi koge」オススメです. I’m usually not a big fan of omakase. The pace can feel slow with each bite served one by one and I’m not really into raw fish as it can sometimes have a strong fishy taste. But this place was recommended by my older sister, and it turned out to be truly worth it The chef was very kind and attentive, taking the time to explain each dish in detail, especially since I had quite a few questions. You can tell everything is prepared with care, and they’re flexible too. If you prefer less rice or have certain preferences, you can easily let them know. The omakase course overall was very enjoyable. The fish was fresh, clean-tasting, and not fishy at all. If you’re not a big fan of certain ingredients, the chef is happy to adjust (my uncle isn’t a big fan of fish, and they accommodated him well). The restaurant is quite small, serving around 10 guests per seating, which creates a cozy and intimate atmosphere. It’s perfect for a small group or family gathering. Overall, it’s worth the price, great vibe, nice atmosphere, and very delicious. Definitely worth the calories! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Amazing omakase experience Every piece was fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. The chef’s attention to detail and hospitality made the experience even better.
