I recently visited Sushina SF at Siam Tower and was very impressed with both the quality of the food and the overall dining experience. I ordered the salmon sashimi bowl, and it was absolutely stunning — not only in presentation but also in taste. The sashimi slices were thick, fresh, and buttery, beautifully arranged like a rose on top with vibrant shiso leaves in the center. It felt like a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The salmon practically melted in my mouth — definitely a must-try for any salmon lover! The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and relaxed, perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food came out quickly despite the restaurant being quite busy. Highlight: Super fresh and generously portioned salmon sashimi. Presentation: Gorgeous plating that adds to the experience. Would I come back? Definitely — especially to try other items on their sushi and sashimi menu.
