Was here at 730pm on Saturday. The queue was extremely long, the staff were doing their best to clear up. There’s this particular staff who served us, an elderly woman by the name of Irene. She apologized non stop explaining that the crowd is exceptionally big today. Somehow I felt her warmth and genuineness in trying to make us feel comfortable while serving us and I suspect many in her situation will not maintain such an incredible service attitude. Thank you Irene Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Service is good at Swensen's @ AMK Hub although it was crowded during weekday lunchtime. Value for money during weekday lunchtime promotion where you can one free side.
