I had a wonderful experience at Swensen's NEX, thanks to the amazing service! I ordered the Goreng Pisang ice cream and informed the staff about my strawberry allergy. Ms. Elvie personally ensure that my dessert was entirely free from strawberries and safe from any cross-contamination. As someone with a food allergy, her attentiveness and care gave me total peace of mind. The entire staff team was also highly commendable—efficient, welcoming, and professional throughout. Kudos to Ms. Elvie and the NEX team for the top-notch service. Will definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The cook on steak was spot on and hor fun was delicious! Came in during lunch time so crowd was expected. However, staffs were quick in attending Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
