I ain’t gonna hold back on this one. This particular management staff (wearing the red attire signaling that she is the manager of the branch) is the epitome of rudeness. I usually enjoy trying new things at Swensen’s, but the new Young Coconut Tiramisu flavor is an absolute disaster—and the management at this branch is even worse. First, the flavor profile is completely wrong. There is zero trace of tiramisu here. No coffee, no mascarpone, no cocoa. Instead, it leans heavily towards a bizarre, unadvertised RUM RAISIN profile. If I wanted rum raisin, I would have ordered it. I ain’t no ice-cream newbie. I know rum raisin when I taste rum raisin. When I politely approached the branch manager to point out that the flavor profile tasted completely off, her response was shockingly defensive and insistent, digging her heels in just to tell me "it IS tiramisu." She didn't bother to ask what the issue was, didn't care about customer feedback, and displayed a fundamentally poor, combative attitude. To make matters worse, when I went to the cashier to pay, she called on another staff member to work the cashier and completely ignored me, icing me out instead of resolving the issue. A good, caring manager would have asked why a customer was unhappy or at least checked on the batch. Instead, I was treated like an inconvenience. I ended up leaving the ice cream half-eaten on the table as a direct sign of my dissatisfaction. Terrible product execution, but even worse hospitality. I won't be returning to this location. What a joke!

The ice cream is delicious, this and the decor of the store is really the only positive. The staff are terrible. Every review I have seen has been like this and do not know why Swensen’s do not address this. My son and I ordered exactly what was on the menu and they forgot our order as we were with a friend who also ordered off the menu but didn’t have nuts, this seemed to cause a massive issue and the result was every order was wrong. My friend is Thai and was speaking in Thai to the servers and despite this they got the order wrong.
