The service here was great. The staff are looking around for customer to raise hand and attend to them immediately. Friendly group of people Good place for dinner for group size of 10. The tables are spacious. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We were blown away by the service dispensed by Belle & her team. Mind you, the place was packed with lots of diners at around 2pm and yet the service team was impeccable; handling every table with efficiency and professionalism. Keep up the great work Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I don't dine at this outlet as often as West Mall but you can tell the service here is good. My cousin probably comes here every week, either for the senior special while they wait for her kid to finish class or a dinner before movies. Most of them are members and the kids are in the Cool Rewards Junior Membership club. I'll write on her behalf that her favourite staff is Kevin, who is very kind and gentle to their family whenever they visit. He has great memory of repeat customers as I am told. Kind of reminds me of Christopher who used to be at West Mall. Times have changed, and there was once where we separated seating because I don't want anyone to share my Merri Mint. Some T&Cs have changed over the years. It used to be any food item for the birthday month sundae but you have to order a main course now. And each table/bill can only have one redemption. I miss the olden days. This outlet is also very spacious and has a nice vibe in the evenings. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
