I ordered from KFC Jurong Point and initially received the chicken and potatoes in a wet condition. After contacting customer care, they quickly arranged a replacement, which arrived in good condition. Thank you for the excellent customer service and prompt resolution. It's a peaceful and nice atmosphere which isn't too loud. Service is quick and friendly as well. The food is also yummy and hot. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Recommended dishes: Add on Egg Tart

Ordered for 9 pax on 23 May 26.. saw the cheese fries has only a lump of mayo on top n so I went to the ctr to ask for some cheese,the lady say cannot add cheese n must pay i say ok because I told her there is no cheese when the fries is called cheese fries. The workers inside the kitchen shld be doing ctr service if he thinks the food he makes comes out of his pocket money by giving so little portion. And the zinger burger..the patty is same size as the size of the small mash potato with a drop of mayo inside. OUTRAGEOUS OUTLET THAT WHY I NEVER SUPPORT KFC REGULARLY NOW.. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
