The best place to dine in. Nice and fresh foodies. Quiet, cold, nice place and bright! Staff counter (Mr Fabiane) very polite and friendly too.. helpful to assist me in ordering. Will be me and my kids favourite place to come again! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My first visit to Swensen's @ SAFRA Toa Payoh. It is on Tuesday during lunch hour, not many customers. I order Salmon N Mushroom Baked Rice, and top up $4.80 for ice cream & drink. The food is very tasty. The environment is very clean and cosy atmosphere. The manager and staff are efficient, warm and friendly. I would recommend this restaurant, in addition Safra members have 10% discount Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
