Went for the start of an evening. Great tunes, staff were friendly and service was great. Cocktails off the vinegar menu were delicious. Would of tried the insect menu but my partner is vegetarian so we gave it a skip Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place genuinely broke every expectation I had — and in the best way possible. TAX Bar is not just a gimmick. Cocktails made with Bee Larvae, Giant Water Bug Distillate, Silk Pupa and Bamboo Worm sound terrifying, but they’re seriously, surprisingly delicious. Complex, layered, and each paired with the actual insect used. Educational and adventurous at the same time. The bartenders are incredibly warm and welcoming — they walk you through every drink with genuine passion and zero judgment. It felt less like a bar and more like being hosted by friends who happen to be world-class mixologists. Oh, and the Guinness? Hands down the best poured Guinness in Bangkok. Get it with the extra protein topping if you dare If you want an experience you’ll talk about for years — this is it. Highest possible recommendation.
