Amazing View, Disappointing Service & Food I visited Commune Resto Bar today. The view is absolutely breathtaking and definitely the highlight of the place. Unfortunately, the food and service did not match the beautiful setting. I specifically asked to have my coffee first, before the food. Instead, the food arrived before the coffee, and my coffee only came around 15 minutes after ordering. By the time it arrived, it was already cold. What disappointed me even more was the staff member’s reaction. When I politely told him that my coffee was cold, instead of apologizing or offering to replace it, he argued with me and insisted, “No, it’s not cold.” As a customer, I don’t expect to have to argue with staff over whether the coffee I’m drinking is cold or not. A simple apology and replacement would have completely changed the experience. Beautiful location and breathtaking view, but the food quality and customer service need serious improvement. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ฿1–200

This place is extremely overpriced. The service was poor, and the staff were not friendly. The food was disappointing and not worth the price. What you see in the menu or photos is completely different from what you actually receive, which was a huge letdown. I do not recommend this place at all. Save your money and go somewhere else.
