Wonderful sandwiches, super service and an amazing environment / decoration to sit in, by the water and their own water feature even! Great drinks too that are not just tea. Ground Floor by the river.

Among the crowd in the mall, I find this tea house is more relaxing and comfortable to drop by. Many choices of tea for gifts or for dine-in are available. Both ice & hot tea are lovely.
