This hotel was fabulous and the restaurant/bar was the icing on the cake . All staff were exceptional nothing seemed forced. The front row room was amaxing our kids loved it with their own pool and on wing to the villa. The manager of the restaurant is professional and provided great service to all clientele from famlies to the instagramers! His leadsership was exceptional. Service: 5

WARNING TO ALL FAMILIES: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This hotel put our children’s health at risk and then tried to avoid responsibility. After swimming in their pool, both of our children suffered severe chemical skin burns/rashes. The hotel staff tested the pool water themselves and confirmed the chemical balance was dangerously wrong. When the first test showed extremely unsafe levels, the staff removed the test kit and refused to show us the original results. Instead of closing the pool or protecting guests, they simply added more water and claimed everything was “safe again.” The attached photo was taken AFTER they diluted the pool — and even then the chemical readings were still clearly outside safe levels. We immediately packed our belongings and left because we no longer trusted the hotel or felt safe letting our children stay there. Days later, our children’s condition became so serious that we had to take them to the hospital. The doctor confirmed the injuries were caused by pool exposure and ordered them to avoid pools, the ocean, and sun exposure for at least a week. Even after receiving medical documentation proving the injuries, the hotel still refused to take full responsibility and only refunded 30% of our stay. The most terrifying part is not just the dangerous pool conditions — it is the dishonesty and complete lack of accountability: - Unsafe chemical levels - Hiding the first test results - Fake “solution” by adding water - Continuing to allow guests into the pool - Refusing proper compensation after children required hospital treatment This hotel should never place guests — especially children — in this kind of danger. We travel often around the world and have NEVER experienced anything this irresponsible, unsafe, and disturbing. If you care about your family’s safety, stay somewhere else. Service: 1

Tango Luxe Beach Villa has a lot of charm, especially if you value privacy, greenery, and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were genuinely service-minded, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay, which was one of the hotel’s biggest strengths. We also really enjoyed the private outdoor space, the breakfast, the proximity to nearby temples, the view of Big Buddha, and the beautiful sunsets. At the same time, some aspects were not quite the right fit for us as a small family traveling with a baby. The pool area is now used largely as a restaurant for outside guests rather than as the more relaxed sunbed area shown in the website photos, and the few sunbeds left have little shade. The air conditioning was also somewhat inconsistent at times, and the outdoor boardwalks, while charming, are worn. The main concern for us, however, was that we experienced bites during our stay that made us worry about possible bedbugs. The hotel handled the situation kindly by allowing us to check out early and refunding part of our stay, which we appreciated. Overall, we think couples may enjoy the property more than we did, but for us it did not quite feel like the right match for the price. Service: 4
