Tsim Sha Tsui尖沙咀｜Tanuki Innovation Cozy restaurant facing the Hong Kong harbour and now that it’s Christmas season, there are beautiful christmas decos outside too! They have a variety of options on their menu, including pasta and rice , you could enjoy some of their specialty coffee along with their good food! Here are what I tried on their menu: • Moisture and texture of udon was just perfect! Soft boiled egg added lots of moisture and satisfaction to the udon overall! Pork belly were half fatty and half lean, just a perfect bite of creamy kimchi udon with pork belly! • Topped with crispy and juicy fried chicken and soft boiled eggs. The portion of the rice bowl was just right to feel satisfied for one person! • Yummy French toasts were topped with green apples . Perfect to enjoy with jam and custards provided along! Overall, the dessert was not too sweet • - First time hearing cheese latte and was tempted to give it a try! It definitely surprised me! Drink was covered with LOTS OF CHEESE, the coffee itself was not sweet, cheese was surprising well with the coffee! • - It was a warming and comfort drink to have along with all the good food!
