The new caviar egg tart caught my eye – flaky buttery crust, silky custard, topped with proper Kaviari caviar. Sounds fancy but it actually works really well together. Only 50 a day though, so get there early if you want one. Also grabbed the chocolate ganache (with 24K gold leaf – yes, really) and the strawberry tart – the pastry was so good on all of them, crumbly and buttery. Packaging's pretty too – comes in a nice engraved wooden box. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tarte by RH created such a unique and elevated pop-up caviar tarte experience. The concept, ambiance, and execution were all so well done. Every detail felt intentional and stylish, making the whole experience memorable and enjoyable. Can’t wait for the next one!
