We visited this relatively new Spanish restaurant to get into the mood for our Spain trip - and it didn’t disappoint. A bit on the pricier side, but still very fair and absolutely worth it. The service is professional and friendly, and the food is excellent. Great selection of Spanish classics like patatas bravas, gazpacho, croquettes, and gambas - everything we tried was spot on. We’ll definitely be back for a Spain throwback evening. Tasca Sabio was a great experience. The food was excellent. Every dish came out fresh and full of flavor. The staff were super friendly and gave amazing recommendations. The hostess Sarida was phenomenal. She had great taste, gave helpful recs, and knew exactly what to recommend. She made the whole night better. The sangria was delightful and a must try.
