Went on a Friday evening and was surprised to find it bustling! But I can understand why.. there’s happy hour but also, the food is surprisingly very good! Service was on point too. Very friendly and attentive despite the crowd. Inside may be a bit noisy so outside may be better if the weather isn’t too hot that day Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It perfectly balances the vibe of a high-energy Soho bar with a relaxed setting where you can truly let your hair down. It was buzzing with life, a testament to its popularity, yet the layout ensures it never feels claustrophobic. 2. Impeccable Service and Heartwarming Hospitality. The true soul of Tess Bar & Kitchen lies in its people. As echoed by many patrons, the staff at Tess works hard to serve everyone with passion and love. During my visit, the service was attentive without being intrusive. They went above and beyond, suggesting bespoke cocktails tailored to my preferences. A special note of gratitude to the team for making my evening seamless—their personal attention and friendly personalities are a rare find in the bustling SG scene. 3. Culinary Artistry: A Feast of Modern European Fare. The food here is simply outstanding, a testament to the kitchen's dedication to quality. I was highly impressed by the Modern Asian-European fusion that defines their menu. Triple Cooked Crackling Pork Belly: A must-try signature.
