Hi Liron, hope you are doing well Altho you didn’t leave any text, we understand your frustration on your experience. You wanted a garden table, as many other of our dinning customers, but altho they seemed empty, they were all booked in advance. This creates frustration and a bad feeling and we don’t want any bad experiences for our customers, we really care. We also had these kind of issues in the past, but this is how it works in a restaurant that takes reservations. People booked those tables beforehand because they wanted the garden seating too, and we must honor our reservations. For any other future clients, we recommend doing a reservation in advance to get specific seatings since we are usually busy. We truly care about all people coming to dine with us, and it hurt us getting reviews like this when we didn’t do anything wrong except for giving you the only available table we had. We provided of a good service and nothing was actually wrong, but we still get this bad review. It is hard to get reviews to then get these ones just because of this kind of issues. Reservations are very important because it keeps us busy during low season where there aren’t as many people on the island, and it is a normal thing for most restaurants in Koh Phangan. We hope you can reconsider this review and just book with us in advance next time if you think our food and service deserve it
