AVOID: Arrogant Staff and Appalling Service. I have been a consistent customer of this brand for years, frequenting the taikoo, Tai kok Tsui and Star Ferry branches almost on a daily basis since 2019. I have recommended many friends and colleagues to the various branches. The sheer rudeness I encountered today—simply for asking about a stamp card—was staggering. The staffs’ (chubby male with glasses and abrasive woman) arrogant attitude is exactly why the business is struggling to keep its doors open. I’d like to congratulate the staff for successfully alienating a loyal customer of seven years. I will be taking my business to Noc coffee, where i find them to be vastly superior. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It used to be my go-to cafe but everytime I go, I just feel like the service quality has dropped. There's minimum interaction from the staff and they don't look like they're enjoying what they're doing. Price per person: HK$1–50 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

This hidden speciality coffee shop run by the coffee roaster has been my favourite for many years since their opening, and both the pour-over coffee and espresso coffee are consistently good. They hire a roster of professional and friendly barista. Price per person: HK$50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
