Made my order via WhatsApp, received the cake with delight! Staff were accomodating to our requests,the cake turned out fantastic, cake looked lovely aesthetically pleasing to the eye,tasted really delicious yet light on the stomach. Our family enjoyed it,thank you very much for making it a wonderful birthday for me,really appreciated it. Thank you The Cake Shop! Ordered a birthday cake for my son’s 5th birthday and it was perfect! Really appreciated the clear explanation about the ingredients and the assurance that everything was halal. The cake design turned out exactly as requested beautifully done and it tasted delicious too. Great customer service from start to finish. Will definitely order again! Food: 5 Service: 5

Friendly staff and lovely cupcakes!! I really enjoyed the flavours, bought the lemon, strawberry and chocolate, all 3 were good. But would prefer if the cakes were slightly more moist. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
