チョコレートはおいしかったのですが、箱の蓋が開け辛くて大変でした…抹茶のアイスクリームは抹茶が薄いのでお勧めしません。

Tucked away in a quiet corner of Takashimaya, just beside Hvala, The Dark Gallery feels like a hidden gem for chocolate lovers. I probably wouldn’t have discovered this place if not for my girlfriends who brought me here after our lunch date at Mandarin Gallery. I had the Dark Chocolate Ice Cream Affogato, and it was excellent. The rich dark chocolate paired beautifully with the espresso, balancing the coffee’s acidity and creating a deep, nutty, velvety and crunchy flavour profile that was indulgent without being overly sweet. What I appreciate most is the atmosphere. Unlike the often crowded cafes nearby, this place is quieter and more conducive for long conversations over dessert. It feels calm, intimate, and unhurried. Another thoughtful touch is the self-ordering QR code available at every table. It makes browsing the menu easy, ordering seamless, and splitting the bill with friends hassle-free. No long queues, no waiting around for service. Efficient, neat, and fuss-free. A lovely spot for quality chocolate desserts, coffee, and good conversations.
