I arrived at the hostel I booked originally (the Z nite Hostel) I had booked a bed in a 4 bed dorm, upon my arrival the staff says they are overbooked because of a system error and that they didn’t have any beds for me. But not to worry, they had “upgraded” me to a private bedroom in a diferent Hostel close by (The Dorm Hostel, horrible, don’t go there). I was annoyed, but I thought that a private room was a nice compensation so I went for it (spoiler: I should have asked for my money back). Then the man says I’ll take you there by SCOOTER (mind that I was with my 15kg backpack and a small backpack on the front). I was terrified all the way there (again, shoul’ve asked for my money back). Anyways, the new Hostel was OK looking, but the bedroom they gave me, didn’t feel like an upgrade AT ALL. It was literally just a bed, a table and a chair. The sheets were “clean” but full of stains. The room didn’t look very clean, didn’t habe a bathroom. The only good thing, was the A/C .. THANK GOD. Then they told me I had to use the common bathroom upstairs (shared with the rest of the guests) and failed to mention that there was another bathroom right in front of my room, which I didn’t noticed until I left. I will say that the common bathroom and showers were decent and clean. I didn’t sleep at all all night, the google maps reviews say there were bedbugs, and also, the water heater next to my room made a clicker noise every 40s or so. Next day the woman serving breakfast (which was very underwhelming) was very rude, and didn’t care that I had to leave to catch my ferry, took all the time in the world. Anyways, this is a mixed review for both hostel so, in summary DON’T even consider, neither. Unprofessional and dirty. Not worth it. Service: 1

thank you for your feedback , and then I 'm sorry for the staff rudely . I want to remind you about the room , it is the hostel , not hotel .if you want to enjoy Luxury go to stay hotel.if you want to stay here since that day you don't need to come our hostel . JUST complaint at that hostel ( the z nite hostel) . so I thought you can have a full refund. thank you

the staff was really nice and the location is great. the bathrooms are also a bit small for the number of people in the dorm. we booked three nights here, left after two as i found a live bed bug in my bed. the staff gave me a different bed which in the morning also had dead bedbugs in it. this can happen to any place and it is not their fault, but it could probably be handled better. hopefully the place will get cleaned up soon and be okay to stay in. Service: 3

Dorms are alright, everything else is pretty bad. The workers walk in in the morning talking on the phone to people on full blast- clearly no regard for the people in the dorm. There are also rules absolutely everywhere and a very strange atmosphere inside. Would definitely not recommend and probably would’ve checked out already had they not already charged my card.
