Rude male staff at the entrance claimed the restaurant was full when I went there at 18:05pm, 24th June, while there’s barely any customer. Just the moment I was turned away, he greeted a group of cantonese-speaking customers who were also there without reservation, and led them in. It’s more than obvious that they don’t welcome mandarin-speaking customer, hence, why not put a sign at the entrance, so we can both save our time? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As an in-house guest we thought we would try the buffet as the photos on the adverts looked amazing. One of the worst food experiences I have ever experienced. For any international guests travelling here, the Langham hotel is gorgeous. We have loved our stay here but do not try The Food Gallery restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
