Breakfast: My favorite thing at the Food Gallery inside the Langham Hotel was the noodle beef broth soup. Very flavorful. I also enjoyed the Japanese selection of soba, soft egg which was so gooey. I actually mixed the tamago with the soba. The tofu was not to my liking maybe because of the texture. I was expecting silken tofu. The congee was too dense. And I did not like the donuts. They should be removed from the menu. I did like their walnut cake but a lot of the pastries were lackluster. I think they should just focus on a few pastries instead of the variety. The water is not filtered for tea. Overall it was still a good experience. Oh I really like the juices especially the watermelon juice.
