initially thought this place was a good deal because of buy 1 get 1 happy hour. i order a glass a champagne; when it arrives, im told that champagnes are the only drinks that arent included in this promo. nowhere on the menu is this in writing + the waiter did not mention it when i ordered. disappointed and will not return

This is a bar on an outdoor terrace, adjoining the Cordis hotel. You can easily get to it from Langham Place Shopping Mall, just go over the pedestrian bridge connecting LPSM to the hotel and turn right instead of going into the hotel. A narrow little outdoor path on the edge of the building will take you to the Garage Bar. Not recommended, service is poor and drinks & food are eyewateringly expensive. Was much better when it was the “back yard”
