交通費だけで往復1750thb お金があれば行ったほうがいいところです。景色がとてもいいカフェですが、とにかく遠いので、行くのにお金がかかります。市内からメーカポン村までは片道175thbでバスが出ています。メーカポン村からはソンテウでしかいけません（片道600thb）帰りは、カフェの人が800thbで送ってくれます。メーカポン村からカフェまでの道はかなり急勾配で道もボコボコなので、市内から1日ドライバーを雇っても行けるかはわかりません。 虫がわりといます。そのため星4

かなりの山道を登ってたどり着くまさに秘境。ジャイアントのツリーカフェ。その絶景は行ってコーヒーを一杯飲むだけでも十分の価値がある。スリリングな吊り橋も醍醐味。

Just to be clear we didn't stay there and only went up the hill on windy and bumpy road on a 125cc rented motorcycle. The hill on the way up is indeed an uphill battle, so I hope your motorcycle is decent enough to get you up on some steep hills. If you're not a regular motorcycle rider I don't recommend you go the last 5-10 minutes on the way to this hotel/cafe, but roads before that is pretty smooth if you want to practice your turns (watch out for gravel though!). We got there at 5:20pm, and the cafe was closed for orders so we have no idea on their food & beverage. On the upside we were literally the only customers at the cafe! While the view isn't crazy or breathtaking, it's a nice open view at the mountains. I was hoping it might be facing the sun at dusk, but it was facing the other way. The way they built this was also pretty cool, but if you're scared of heights you might find yourself clenching something/someone. Will say less and let you look at the photos! P.S. There is a nice lady who has a small clothing shop right in front of the gates of the Giant Chiangmai, and she's absolutely lovely and so are her clothes. Bought a light jacket for my partner and myself, and a breathable knit t-shirt for my partner. Gotta say they're very comfortable and breezy, and price per piece was THB 250. Doesn't look like there's any premium charged for bringing the clothes so high up in the mountains Service: 3
