Visiting The Grand Buffet revolving restaurant in Hong Kong was an extraordinary culinary experience that combined stunning panoramic views with an impressive array of international cuisine. Located on the 62nd floor of the iconic Hopewell Centre in Wan Chai, the restaurant offers a 360-degree view of the city’s skyline, Victoria Harbour, and the surrounding mountains, all while you dine in comfort and style. As I entered The Grand Buffet, I was immediately struck by the elegant yet welcoming atmosphere. The large windows provided breathtaking views, which slowly changed as the restaurant gently revolved, allowing me to take in the full beauty of Hong Kong from every angle without leaving my seat. The rotation is subtle, taking about two hours to complete a full circle, giving plenty of time to enjoy the scenery and savor the food. The buffet itself was a feast for the senses, offering a vast selection of dishes from around the world. I started with fresh seafood, including succulent oysters, prawns, and sushi, all prepared with the highest quality ingredients. Moving on, I sampled a variety of international cuisines, from Italian pasta and pizza to Indian curries and Chinese dim sum.
