Whether you are looking for a quick, 24-hour caffeine fix in the terminals or a grand, multi-concept sit-down meal at Jewel, there is a "Chapter" for every traveler. Coffee & Toast (T1 & T2 Transit): Located in the transit lounges of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, these are open 24 hours. They focus on the "Coffee House" aspect—perfect for a nostalgic breakfast or a late-night comforting snack before a flight.Menu Highlights 1980s Hainanese Pork Cutlet: A standout at Jewel. The cutlet is coated in crushed potato chips and breadcrumbs, giving it a unique, extra-crunchy texture. It’s served with a classic Hainanese BBQ sauce. Newspaper Curry Rice: Inspired by the traditional way of wrapping food in old newspapers, this dish features rice drenched in a trio of sauces (curry, braised gravy, and chili). The Signature ‘Nan Ru’ Fried Pork is the must-try protein here. Gula Melaka Kaya Toast: Unlike the flat, thin toasts elsewhere, their buns are thick, fluffy, and pillowy-soft. If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff’s attitude and service were extremely poor. They appeared distracted, took my order incorrectly, and did not rectify it even after I clarified. Throughout the interaction, the staff member looked unhappy and unprofessional. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
