harbour ville hotel hamiltonのkey card 見せると10%割引きなので入ってみました。モーニングセット？が飲み物付きでした。飲み物はコーヒー、アメリカーノ、カフェオレから選べます。アイスは1ドルアップ。他にクイニィーアマンも注文。モーニングセットは割引無しでした。クロワッサンの中身はスクランブルエッグと椎茸ととろけるチーズ。熱々で美味しかった。. Walk along Kallang Bahru Road, cross Lavender Street & you will see Hamilton Road. The Lunar Rabbit Boulangerie is located in the middle of the conserved shophouses. ️ I read from online sources that the owner and founder of this bakery was trained at Tokyo's Le Cordon Bleu, the prestigious culinary school. Decor/ ambience *********************** The interior of the bakery features a modern & cosy aesthetic with a mix of industrial and natural elements. Inside the small air-conditioned dining section are high-top wooden tables & matching stools. Outdoor seats are two small wooden tables & stools. ️ The bakery counter base is made of dark grey marble textured stone with warm under-lighting. The space also features neutral wall colours (grey/brown), wooden wall panelling all round & warm lighting from pendant lamps. And a simple wall logo featuring a black croissant shaped like a crescent moon, with a small rabbit cut-out ----- alludes cleverly to the bakery’s name, “The Lunar Rabbit Boulangerie". The Lunar Rabbit Boulangerie offers a lovely selection of bakery fare: ︎sourdough sandwiches, cube-shaped croissants, both sweet and savoury viennoiseries, plus tea and coffee. Their menu feels thoughtfully crafted --- perfect for a light meal or a bakery snack. I had the Ham & Cheese Croissant priced at SGD6.50 ( ️ for takeaway). The croissant had beautifully defined, flaky layers with a soft, airy interior that gave the pastry wonderful height and lightness. Its ultra-crispy exterior, combined with the warm gooey cheese and good-quality ham, made this one of the most memorable croissants I’ve enjoyed in a long while. The service staff were friendly and efficient. I asked for permission to take some photos of the interior and the staff said okay. I saw the owner and founder of the bakery too. She was having a chat with another customer. I must say I have a very good impression of the croissant I had today, and so if I am at the Jalan Besar area again, would pop by Lunar Rabbit bakery to try their other treats. 24th Nov 2025 Monday.
