The Margaux Grill has the perfect harmony between hardware and software It is urban oasis surrounded by beautiful garden with special cuisines of premium beef and exceptional variety of fine wines. It presents lunch (120K KRW) and Dinner (210K) courses, and seasonal special dinner promotion. (Club Marriott Members can get 20% D/C for F&B, and after the discount, the price looks more attractive.) This time, I am lucky to enjoy the Spring Hanwoo 1++ Dinner at 230K. Appetizer – Founder: Ceviche is wise and appetizing starter, especially for this journey to its signature beef dishes. Soup – Bajirak Clam Chowder Soup: Hot soup after starter is good variation. The Soup is savory with chewy clams. Entrée – Sous Vide Chicken Leg Roulade Cleanser – Grapefruit Sorbet Main – Hanwoo 1++ Tenderloin: I recommend medium-rare which presents the best of tender (even slimy) and juicy mouthfeel. According to its reputation, it is divine! No special sauce is needed for me to enjoy its taste and Maldon salt is good enough. Dessert – White Apple Tart Special thanks to Mr. Alex Yim (Manager) and Mr. Glenn Kim (Sommelier) for their top notch service. It is a great restaurant that Ms. YoungSil Yang (F&B director) would be proud of her restaurant, and eventually, her staffs. It remains regrettable why I didn’t know such a good restaurant sooner. It is very tasteful and wonderful experience and all of my guests enjoy this upscale dining with thanks. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
