We found Sinsa Cote while browsing the CatchTable App and decided to make a reservation. While in Korea, you have to eat Hanwoo Beef, it's so delicious! We have had Hanwoo Beef before, but honestly this was the best that we've had! I think it must be because of the quality of the meat and also that the owner/chef grills it over charcoal - it makes it so juicy and tender. I like that it's not as fatty as wagyu, it just feels healthier and cleaner. The owner/chef sat us immediately and recommended the meats to us. We had the tenderloin, the strip, and the flank -- all were very good! To finish, we also had the beef ramen, also amazing! He also has a large selection of wine, soju and beer if you are in the mood for that. I would recommend Sinsa Cote to anyone who loves beef and wants to have the best Hanwoo Beef experience!
